Does Norman Osborne have split personality in the cartoon spectacular Spider-man?

He thinks he is. Norman Osborne is in a constant state of denial, but in every comic line, the goblin persona has the capabilities to control him. Sometimes he doesn't even realize he's been the goblin, and goes on with his life thinking he's in full control.
