How do i get pecs and abs? ive tried and failed, and all ive gotten as skinnier?

Buy a weight set and lift! bench as much as u can, as many times as u can, on a regular basis. do it ATLEAST 3 or 4 times a week! if u dont it will not work! if u need more help call a trainer 4 advise. also do other things like curls, dead lifts, power cleans, push presses, ect. remember NO PAIN NO GAIN
