Shouldn't fat people be banned from adopting children?

I know that people of moral ethics, compion, intelligence, kindness, loving, those who can provide financial stability, and those previous adjectives I have mentioned should be allowed to adopt children ( not "kiddies"). those are the kind do humans we should have raising children. we should not have rules that would permit those who discriminate against each other for whatever reason they so chose. for example, color of someone's skin or weight. discrimination is a synonym for war, hate, murder and other evils of the world and man kind.
