Base molding ideas for a stone wall foundation in a basement?

I have an actual wall made up of stoones in the basement. They stick out in different areas and depths so a traditional base molding would be tough. I just finished the floors today with a wood looking laminate and it needs a molding to cover the gaps -as I stated earlier it was impossible to but them up against a wall as the rocks stick out further in some areas. Any help is greatly apreciated. Also, I do not want to drywall over the walls so any ideas are for the stone walls as I really like their look. Thanks-Joe
