What should I buy a Nissan Altima coupe 2.5S or 3.5SE, or the Scion tC or the Toyota Solara Sport V4 or V6?

out of the 3 you mention the 3.5 v6 altima is the one I would pick although I have found them a little scarce when I was looking for a good car, stay away from scions just yet they are too new even though they are made by toyota they are just not ready, the solara is a good car plenty of power and sporty and luxourious all the way, but yes kind of a girls car though, I bought a 04 mazda 6 with v6 and bose stereo love this car, it is 4 door and yet sportier looking then all 3 you have mentioned, just my two cents though.
