What is a good gamefor xbox 360 thats hard to complete but not impossible games i have are in description?

a good game to play is gta4 it is hard to the point where it is challenging but not so hard to beat. and it has great online multiplayer gaming. i have it and i have beat it about five times and i still don't get board.
