Strep throat or sinus infection?

I woke up monday morning with a sore throat. It is really swollen and red..i'm not sure if there are white patches or if its just drainage since my nose was a little stopped up. I have been taking medicine and my nose has now cleared up and i don't have a fever anymore... but my throat really hurts. Its mostly when i swallow. I have tried warm salt water and lozenges. Could it be strep or what?
