Coping with in law after birth?

i scare that my in law will be too tired since she b looking after my son 3 mth old at nite..so i told her no need to do anything in day time..juz get rest..after wk i will do myself...am i stupid!? i tink i will get lesser time to bond with him liao after wk! oh dear. i am too paronoid
