Is there a possible connection between ghosts, water, and us?

I just though of something, there is more paranormal activity near water, I heard on ghosts adventures that the devil "has the voice of a thousand waters," and the human body is comprised mostly of water. Souls get trapped in mirrors which have reflections and water, when still, has a reflection... So is it possible to have a connection there between all aspects of ghosts and water?
