Watch One Tree Hill, 7th Heaven, Gilmore Girls -All the CW Shows Online?

I have no cable and I am in DESPERATE need of some fixes! How can I watch all my favorite CW shows online for free? I have asked a similar question before, and someone said YouTube, but all I can find there is clips, not the whole show. So I need either a site to watch them all, or need to know how to find them on YouTube! Thanks!
