I took 3 aleves on an empty stomach + another medication?

Well i have my menstrual cycle so i took 3 aleves (220 mg) for cramping also i took one pill (it says Nohist Caplet Lar) for drainage and congestion. Well i had started to feel the after effects pretty quickly, my stomach started to hurt so i was going to get something to eat. Then i started to have this really horrible chest pain, my mom mistaked it for indigestion i think and she made me drink some alka-seltzer. Well that's when i felt like i was going to throw up, and i got really really hot and sweaty. My skin was really warm. I then layed down on a couch and tried to eat but that eventually made me start throwing up and coming through my nose. My stomach was also hurting during all of this. But after I threw up i felt better. but now i see that aleves can cause stomach bleeding or something. Do you think i am in danger of stomach bleeding even though i did not throw up blood or anything and i feel completely fine now.
