Rock climbers - how do you take care of your hands?

Especially if you use chalk. Is there a particular moisturizer you've found to be effective, or some sort of hand care regimen? My hands are getting to be in pretty rough shape, especially with the cold, dry winter weather, and my normal moisturizer just isn't cutting it.
