What kind of food is okk to eat and drink in sudan?

I think I would lose lots of weight if I lived in Sudan as far as their food goes. One of their main staples is bread called Kissra. They eat this with stew. One stew I read about, Miris, is made of sheepfat, onions, and dried okra. They also use such vegetables as potatoes and eggplants in making their stews. They eat porridge made of wheat flour and corn. One favorite appetizer I read of is made of the lungs, liver, and/or stomach of a sheep to which they add onions, peanut er, and salt and eat it raw. Peanuts are a favorite snack. They drink coffee, fruit drinks, hibiscus tea, fruit tea. As you see, they have food and drink very different from us.
