if a stranger girl looks eye to eye very often... that girl use to see me once or twice in a month ..or some times once in six months...or some times once in 1 year..she remembers me perfectly and seeing me. we don't know each other..but she use to see me at public places. that's all..we never tried to talk also..she is going her college and i am busy with my career..so that we cant able to see or meet everyday..but we have contact eye to eye past few years...whats the meaning for her look at me..
