My xbox has the red rings of death and i dont know how to fix it?

ok so i got thiss xbox and it had rrod ive fixed one before so i thought it was going to be an easy fix well its not. it has rrod but the fans stay on for about 5-10 seconds ad it goes off whilee the lights are flash and at the same time the power supply light turns orange plz help cuz i needa fix this thing pronto...and i dont wanna hear anything about buying a ps3 i dont want one...
